Community Council Meeting Minutes

9/22/22

  1. Welcome
  • Introduce those in attendance & role played in meeting (staff or parent)

  1. Review meeting Minutes
  • Tana review minutes from last meeting. 
  • Playground equipment should be here by end of October
  • YMCA program should run for about 5 years
  • JeNae Clegg Motioned to approve 

  1. Meeting Dates Review
  • Thursday at 6:00 pm
  • September 22, 2022
  • October 20, 2022
  • January 12, 2023
  • March 2023

  1. Trustland Plan
  • 80% of students will be able to be proficient on RISE & Acadiene Testing
  • 100% in Kindergarten will show .4 growth in automaticity
  • 100% of students in grades 1 & 2 will show growth in PAST
  • We will continue with LETRS and training the few teachers who are not trained in LETRS
  • 100% of kids will make a 4 point growth on the PAST test.

  1. Questions from council Members
  • Is there talk about adding a fence from the public.  The playground is ours, but the field is public property.
